In the early 1900's, many homesteads emerged across the prairies and mountain regions of Western Canada. The barns and outbuildings constructed played an important role in our rural heritage. Now, many of those homesteads have disappeared. Heritage Artisan Furniture salvages and recycles the beautifully and naturally aged wood from that historic period to create distinctively handcrafted barnwood furnishings. Each carefully selected piece of wood has been etched by nature's elements and the passage of time, to ensure one of a kind, warm, rustic elegance. Every piece has a story to tell. Disassembled memories reborn as art, timeless, elegant. Whispers of the past. |
